Our educators are Stanmore Kindy's greatest strength and they are amazing! Everyday they come to work fully invested. They don't see this as just a job, it's a rewarding career and a chance to spend time with wonderful children and families. Each staff member is given opportunities of professional development and have numerous resources available to them. We strive to maintain a high quality service where everyone feels important, feel like they belong and that their learning is valued.  As a team we collaborate and share our knowledge.  We respect every everyone's beliefs and cultural backgrounds and we welcome the sharing of different cultures into our centre.
